Blue eyes to brown contact lenses?

Question

i have icey blue eyes and i'm so tired of it, i wair prescription contact lenses, i want to get 1 in color like Dark Brown.

is that possible (sence i need prescription) and if so, would that look to fake?

i really want brown eyes!

Yes it's possible. You next eye exam just ask about color contacts, they're very common nowadays.

And it won't look fake because you are getting darker eyes.  

I have icey blue eyes and dark hair and get compliments daily...I don't see how anyone would want to change from blue to brown, but thats just my biased opinion I guess

Well I have dark brown eyes and I got blue contacts but im sure it's possible. Your optician will give you a trial pair anyway so if you don't like it you can just throw it away.

it should be no problem. usually people with dark eyes that want lighter contacts it looks pretty bad an they look like an allagator haha usually. it should look good on you. with lighter eyes its easy to cover up going from ligh to dark. instead or dark to light.

But blue eyes are GORGEOUS! I think you should leave them the way they are. =)

Should not talk it over with your eye doctor. But changing light eyes to dark eyes is much easier than brown to blue.

There are definitely lots of options for you, there is also a good option on Acuvue's site to try on different colors on your picture to see what you like, before buying any. Also, your eye doctor should have free trials you can try as well, good luck! :)
