Blue recycling bags, are they accepted in NYC?

The only recycling bags I've managed to find are the blue clear ones... I noticed that some people uses the completely clear one with no color. Are the clear and colored bags acceptable for paper recycling? The nyc.gov website asked for a clear bag, and I'm not sure if that excludes colored clear bags.
