  1. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info

  2. Blue screen can be alot of possibilities caused, from hardware faulty to software conflict. you may need to provide more information like:

    1. What you do to trigger this message?

    2. What software are running when this message appear?

    3. After load in the windows or before?

The blue screen usually there is chances like:

    1. harddisk faulty, RAM faulty, hardware conflict

    2. OS corrupted, software conflict, OS and software or driver compatibilities issue.

  3. This might be helpful, as I dont know actually what has happened.

When u turn on your laptop, go into Safe mode by pressing F8.

Log into the Administrator account and then they will ask you a question about whether you want to rstore your laptop. Click on "No".

Wait a little and a dialog box will pop up for System Restore. Continue with the steps and then on the calendar that will be displayed, select a date before this bluescreen thing happened, (you can only select highlighted dates). Continue with the process.

After you finish you will find that your windows will be shutting down and a message with System Restore label will appear. Allow it to complete, usually takes 10-15 mins. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER WHILE THIS IS GOING ON.

After this, the Windows will restart.

See, if there is any more problem, hopefully this would solve your problem.
