Blue screen sony handycam ccd-trv328 how can i fix blue screen problem ?

i got a sony handycam ccd-trv328 and when i want to edit the tape start rolling but i just see a blue screen , and the tape is brand new .

  1. A blue screen usually means the tape hasn't been used.  Have you rewound it?
