BlueHost Domain Problems?

I have a bluehost account I registered an hour ago today. And I can't upload any of my files. When I go to my subdomains and try to load a subdomain, it just sticks on: loading files. And it wont let me do ANYTHING! I also think I mind cancel my account, but I don't know how. Does anyone know a better site hosting service?

  1. Do that via "file maneager". If you couldn't do that contact their support team.
