Blueberry question?

My uncle is giving me some of his blueberry bushes and I was wondering how long it will take for them to bear fruit after they are transplanted? The bushes we will be taking are 2-3 years old. Thanks!

  1. If they get settled in the new environment, you can expect them to bear fruit sooner than anticipated!

  2. It may be a little late in the season to transplant them. However, find a suitable location and give them some extra care to get them established before the cold weather. They should start producing next year.
