Bluetooth Printer does not work properly

Question

I have an Epson PX700W printer. I have connected it to the laptop using 2 USB dongles. Using the bluetooth software that came with the dongles I have found that the printer is connected and recognised as a printer. I added the printer to the control panel printers section and made it default. I have downloaded and installed the drivers and software that is neccessary for it to work.

However when I press print (test page is the same) the document pops into the printer queue, and the Epson software registers it as printing. Fine you might think, except the printer does absolutely nothing.
