Bluetooth USB Adapter wont run???

I bought a Bluesoleil USB Adapter (ES-388 V2.0) and installed the software on my Windows Vista Computer. When I run Bluesoliel my computer completely crashes so I have to run it in safe mode and uninstall the software. How can I fix this problem???

  1. go online and download a new drive/version of the software... just go to their website

    if you are running vista/WinXPSP3 they may have release new software to fix a compatibility issue
