Bluetooth on Pantech Duo???

Question

I have a Pantech Duo and sometimes when people try to send me stuff with Bluetooth it doesn't work! Is that because my phone has a different type or version of Bluetooth? If so, what type is mine? What phones are compatible with my phone's type of Bluetooth??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

when they released the pantech duo, there were bug's in the bluetooth and sound stuff.  if you look on the pantech website, it will let you update your phone, but you may lose all your information on the phone in this process.  visit, "http://pantechusa.com/web/guest/support...  at the bottom of the page, it says software update.  click that and follow the directions precisly.  if you do not, it may cause problems to the phone and u may need to send it in for repair.

the bluetooth seems to work so maybe the files are not compatible with your phone.
