Bluetooth on my MacBook and BlackBerry won't connect?

Question

I'm trying to send a regular picture via bluetooth from my Mac to my phone. It says "Device does not have necessary services"

I've bluetooth'ed files before!

If you're saying you've bluetooth'd files before with the same phone then I have no idea what the problem is. But if you never have tried to use this phone before you have to know that not all phones can transfer data through Bluetooth. I've has cases many of my cell phone didn't have that service so I had to connect it to USB or transfer to memory card for the phone.

your blackberry probably uses windows mobile so....DUH!!!

mac + windows = deformed network

check out the apple site for your mac and search around in the video tutorials a bit. if not chat with an apple rep on the site.

for your windows mobile phone, check out the windows mobile site.

its up in the air as to where the problem is (phone or mac?) so its also up in the air as to who will accept responsibility. most likely apple will help you out since microsoft kind-of hates people
