Bluetooth on philips laptop

Question

hi i have a philips laptop that has windows vista bulit into it.It has bluetooth and for the past year the bluetooth as worked grand but in the past weeks has failed to work.I have tryed just about everything to try get it working again and still notting.Hope you can help.
