Question:

Blurred Vision in One Eye?

Lately my right eye has been a little blurry. I thought it might just be old contacts, so I put new ones in and it didn't help. It's just my right eye, and it's more irritating than anything. I work in a corn nursery so it's possible that pollen could have gotten in there, but wouldn't cleaning it or putting new contacts in help that? And it does go away after a little while, only of course, to come back later. What's wrong?

  1. you might have an abrasion which is a small scratch on your eye from rubbing your eyes with contacts. it would cause blurred vision and irritation..

  2. just wash it rele good. cup your hands (after washing them very well) and put your eye in it and start blinking. it should clear it out. if not, then talk to your eye doctor. hope i helped!

  3. It could be lots of different things, including a faulty contact lens - this happens occasionally, sometimes there are several faulty ones in a batch. You really need to get it checked out.

  4. make an appointment with an eye doctor, it could possibly be a start of a cataract, or it could be that you need a stronger contact, or glasses for that one eye.

  5. I'd seen an optomologost. You could have something very seriously wrong w/your eye or it could be nothing. I was having vision problems and I ended up having to have a cornea transplant... Most likely, you're problem isn't as serious, but it's always better to have it checked out just in case!
