i just put in a new left eye contact adn for some reason it is extremely blurry....usually it is my right eye that acts up (it starts to hurt so i have to throw it away), and my optometrist said that maybe my eyes are dry.....she said i should use Blink for contacts.....i haven't gotten it yet, but i was wondering if maybe my left eye is also dry like my right eye...i was also curious to know if the Blink eyedrops work well with both situations (the pain in the right eye and the blurriness in the left eye)....thank you so much to anyone that replies!!!

  1. I am not familiar with Blink. But.... my doctor told me I had dry eyes. He told me to use re-wetting drops several times during the day.  I got Refresh eye drops for dry eyes. I use that when I take out my contacts. I also re-wet them, like he told me to do. I have a much more comfortable situation now and I see really well now out of my contacts, Many contacts are made of water, they're like 90% water. They dry out and take moisture away from your eyes. That's bad for your eyes. It was making my blood vessels around my iris (the round part) swell up and get enlarged. He said that wasn't good. Give the Blink a try.

  2. There are many really good eye drops for eyes getting dry, your eye doc recommended Blink because it is one of the few rewetting drops that is FDA approved to use with contact lenses in.  Most other drops are for use without.  Try Blink, I use it quite a bit myself when my contact lenses are in.  See what you think for yourself.  Another easy solution is to cut down on wearing time, this is especially important when we're in the middle of allergy season.  Hope this has helped and Take Care.
