Blurry pics?

I have been searching everywhere for a particular picture for a tattoo and have finally found it but it is only a thumbnail picture and when i zoom in it goes all blurry is there a programme i can use to get rid of the blur? as this picture needs to be fairly large?? any help would be appreciated.... thanks guys an girls x

save the image yu have searched  for into your pc like right click and save then bluetuth or usb to transfer that file to a memory card or phone of yours or u may need one then go get it developed by a photoh store and get them to blow it up so its big i hope this helps!!!
