Blyk sim not been sent?

Its been 6 weeks and i still havent recieved my blyk sim in the mail. I've sent various emails to them asking whats happening? Is there a way i can re order my blyk sim? Its totally unfair since me and my friend both ordered it on the same day and yet she got hers the next day.

when u signed up blyk would have given you your blyk number. Try calling that number and if it rings its probably been lost in the post!

Phone them and report it lost get a replacement.
