Bmw e39 engine doesn't start

Question

i was working on cigarette lighter fuse in the trunk suddenly the fuse slot sparked and the enign never start!! and also trunk stucked!! any body know why?

Maybe the glow plugs fuse blew to.  We need a model using the E terms leaves to many possibilities as to what model you have. And with the trunk lock motor not getting juice you might be able to getit open by taking a lics. plate light out and hooking up jumper cables it the wires then turn the key..
