  2. its the cv joint

  3. I had to read and re read your question..  The ATF fluid your power steering uses might be low or the power steering filter (part of the fluid reservoir) is clogged up... Also check the belt for tightness and condition..

  4. if its stationaly and doint it, then it def the steering pump. pump alone will cost between 600 and 700 bucks

  5. First check the power steering level, top off if needed. Correct leaks if any are found. If ATF level is normal and it still makes a noise, chances are that you have a bad steering pump.

But this condition can also be caused by bad wheel bearings, or bad pulley bearings.

Certainly not a CV joint since there isn't any in front of your car.

Just to cover all your bases, check that your front wheel lugs are properly tightened, and that your fan does not wobble (indicative of a bad water pump bearing).

  6. Sounds like the cv joint, which should have been picked up in the mot, or maybe a wheel bearing, or the power steering. Whatever, it needs to go into a workshop.
