  1. It has nothing to do with the bike. Im just starting to get my rollbacks when I 180 and i started doing 180's at my 5th month of riding and now im on my 10th month. All you need to do is keep your arms stiff and turn your head over your shoulder. Its just bunnyhopping and turning man its not that hard.

  2. you need to learn to commit fully to doing it,try just bunny hopping and try to spin the bike as much as you can, this will get you used to using your body in the right way, then when you start hitting the ramps it will seem so much eaisier because a ramp will give you much more time in the air to turn.a heavy bike will be harder to spin ,so the bike can be important, but most of it is in posture etc.watch the pro's do it on you tube,it will give you an idea of how to position yourself.

       happy bmx'ing have fun!!!:)
