if you have threads on the other side then you can possably change it actually idk really know anything about 9t i use like a racing set up 34 in front and 15 in back so idk even know what a 9t looks like but you might be able to but youd have to get either a new cassette or rim im not sure yea most likely your gonna have to get a new cassatte and/or a new rim
