  1. unfornately Mountain Bikes are sort of limited in what you can do,

you can always practice One footers no footers and one handers which are all self explanatory but due to the weight of a moutain bike its hard to do much more and am also assuming your pegless...

to do a one footer, remove your hand (either hand at the apex of your jump dont do it on the way up or down otherwise you wont jump the same and fall =/

No hands is the same as a one footer only remove both hands but! also hold your bike with your knees (usally your seat but whatever your knees are able to grip

one footers remove your foot at your jumping apex and prepare for your peedles to drop as your foot leaves the peddle stick it out as much as your comfortable in doing and bring it back before your bike hits the ground

no footers need some height and are slightly tricker but still possible on your bike ( i hope)

jump the highest you can and at your jumping apex remove both feet and  if done correctly (removing hem both at the same time)

your peddles shouldnt have shifted and you can replace your feet safely back on

Notes: Apex is the highest point in your jump if you wondered

Peddles should be evenly place  with your lead foot in front (usally your front foot is your writing hand, but not always whatever your most comfortable with) and your other foot is in back

  2. start of with basics dude first try to manual meaning like wheelie but just lean back as far as possible but dont go to far back and dont pedal
