Board Game help?

I'm trying to figure out this board game name i used to play with my ex-boyfriend and his little brother while he was in the hospital. Theres a regular version and a Junior version. All i remember about the game really is that you pick up this card and you'd give them a phrase or hint. Than they start naming all this stuff that may be invovled with the hint, and if they get it right and its on the card your holding you start adding up the points....

i wish i could maybe explain it better or say more about it but...after that i draw a blank. any help?

I think its Outburst, you put the card in the decoder and slide the checks over when they get the right answer.  I think we had the Junior edition with blue and red cards.
