I play Heroscape and its really fun cause you can set up the board many different ways. My wife and I love it and got our friends into it. Another game that is fun but would be hard to find is Dark Tower. I played that as a kid and loved it but they dont make it anymore.

You could buy a monopoly game and then have them you pictures and words and make it their own monopoly board.

Ticket to Ride is a really good game for that age group as it is a game of luck and skill and is fun to play.

Well at that age they are starting to identify into gender roles.  We have a listing of games best designed for boys or girls.  Also a listing of games by category or decade they were made.  If you look at the vintage game categories it opens a wide array of games.
