Board game releases?

Question

where can you get a list of all the latest board games to come onto the market. by new i mean never made before now. not games that carry on from others etc. no expansions etc

BoardGameNews has a list called Gone Cardboard that lists all the releases and planned releases that have been announced by game companies for this year:

Another tool that shows what is coming out, or what is recently out is the listings of 2008 titles on BoardGameGeek.  As we're in March, some of these games are out and available, but a number of them are planned for the Nuremburg Toy Fair or the Essen Spielmesse in the fall.

Usually in February of every year the game companies announce the new releases.  You would have to visit each game companies press release page to find that information.  I have hasbro's listed below.

Waylands Forge will regularly send you a list of new games  if you wish.  They stock most things.

There is no comprehensive list of new games.  It would be impossible and undesirable to know about all the merchandising dross which is released every year.

Please note "Board Game News"  covers American Publishers, which means it ignores some interesting U.K. releases.
