Board of Control for Cricket in India forbids Shane Warne and Sanjay Dixit from picking at each other in Public
According to credible sources it has been learned that the Board of Control for Cricket in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sanjay-c88566 Dixit from taking a dig at each other in public.
Apparently, the members of the BCCI panel formed to look into the matter were not happy with the way Warne and Dixit had been picking at each other by tweeting all sorts of trash against each other.
The members of the panel included Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman Chirayu Amin, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ravishankar-Jayadritha-Shastri-c84254 and IMG's legal counsel John Loffhagen. The hearing took place on Tuesday, however, the committee decided to reserve their judgment to be released at a later
juncture.
Initially no information was released to the media, however, now some information has been leaked through insiders, which has helped in giving information about the hearing that took place behind closed doors.
Speaking on the matter, a source on condition of anonymity said, “We cannot let a personal feud tarnish the tournament. If any of them make their views public again, strictest possible action would be initiated."
The fourth season of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) has been tainted by last week’s feud between Warne and Dixit which was spilling out of hand before the intervention of the BCCI. This intervention has been reckoned as a timely move to save the
sanctity of the tournament.
Giving minute details about the hearing, the RCA secretary, Dixit said, “The hearing was only about the complaint I had lodged. There was no extraneous element. The three-member panel heard all our points and I will wait for the judgment as I still don't
know when it's going to come."
Meanwhile, Warne has remained mum on the proceedings of the hearing.
Earlier, on Tuesday last week, Warne had a heated argument with Dixit after his side lost their IPL match. Warne was heard calling the RCA secretary a liar and arrogant. While, Dixit later, accused Warne of pressurizing him to give his side favourable pitches
during home games. He also provided Warne’s text messages to the authorities of the BCCI and IPL as proof to the accusations levelled against the skipper of the Rajasthan Royals.
