Boat: Bayliner or Larson?

Question

I am buying a boat and i would take any suggestions on which brand to buy. I would also appreciate any other information on boating, etc.

larson is more sporty bayliner is more for cruising

My Dad was a boater all his life. He owned a few Chris Crafts, a Great White, a Stamas, but his favorite was his Larson. He sold the Larson to buy the Stamas and he regretted it. The Larson was a fishing boat, a party boat, a ski boat and a family boat all in one.
