Boat Contract Question

A friend of mine asked me if he could park his boat on my land and I would like to know where on-line can I find examples of contracts we can sign?

Try the link below Jenna for ideas on what can be done but you may want to rethink this seriously if at all possible. We all want to help our friends but why not store it in a secure storage yard?

If you elect to move forward though make certain that you include in whatever is written that proof of insurance is provided to you (on the boat and trailer) and that you are not being held liable in the event of any loss due to theft or an act of God. You don't need to be paying for someone else's antics. You may even want to put in access times so that you and yours are not disturbed early a.m. or late p.m Also add in a "one warning" notice of violations and stick to it or off the boat goes.
