Boat Paint?

I'm wanting to pant a small picture of Elvis Presley and a few other "Elvis" related things on the back of a boat that im getting my boyfriend for Christmas...

What kind of paint should I be using?? This boat will be going in Lakes...

One shot sign painters paint, used for lettering also

I'm assuming you've made up your mind about painting already, and I'm assuming you're real good at it.  If not, I would look into getting a professional decal made by a boat-lettering company. Many are online and you can custom order just about anything. They will last longer than paint and will look pretty much perfect.
