  1. At this marina in VA you'd run about $1600 - $2200 per year.  Lease rates are less than transient rates... you'd be looking at $9/foot/month.

  2. dont no pricing for usa but downunder you can exspect to pay $100 aud per lift (syncro) that also includes pressure blast, you do your own repaint ,return slip sometimes is included in the price if you pay hardstand fees for a couple of days(this pricing is for vessels up to 40 feet) should be cheeper in the u.s you have more slipways.... this is only a guideline, dont shoot the messenger.

  3. 80's kid is right.  Rates can vary greatly, depending on location, facilities at the marina and the slip, and how long you intend to use the slip.

  4. depends on wat is offered at the marina... town run marinas are usually a little bit cheaper then private marinas but they have less to offer... also depending on the location in respect 2 the channel has a lot to do with the pricing

  5. Ours runs just over $1000 per year for a 30 foot.

  6. Well why don't you call some marinas in the Houston area?  In the N.E. where I am, prices are about $55 -$100 per foot, just for the summer season.  Location means everything.

  7. $1000 per year!! You guys suck.  It's $450 a month for a 30' in So Cal.
