Bobbin Case. While trying to put bobbin into bobbin case the entire bobbin case came out of sewing

While trying to put bobbin into bobbin case the entire bobbin case came out of sewing machine. Now I have removed the metal plate and am unable to place bobbin case back into my sewing machine. The Singer Manuel is not too easy to understand. Please help I have projects too complete. Thank You
