I Started sewing and the machine was running fine.  The bobbin ran out of thread.  I checked to make sure the bobbing was empty before winding new thread on it.  I went straight by the manual on how to thread a bobbin, step by step.  After opeing the slide plate, I pressed the bobbin push button to the left to engage the winding position. Then I wrapped the thread around the presser foot s***w and held it firmly.  I then proceeded to start the machine and the bobbin would not spin to wind the thread.  I have checked everything and I can't find anything that is causing this.  Please help
