Bobbin Winding. Recently when winding an empty bobbin on my Pfaff 7570 my needle started moving up

Recently when winding an empty bobbin on my Pfaff 7570 my needle started moving up and down. I am not able to wind bobbins without the needle moving. I have turned the k**b on the handwheel and moved the bobbin winder over the far right position. I have tried several times to wind without the needle moving, but an unable to.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
