Question:

Bobbin casing not in sync with needle.

I had to clear bobbin case. I removed the needle, thread and bobbin and took all bobbin casing parts out, including the geared part held by a s***w. (Dumb!) Cleaned out the problem. I put back the first part (geared part with the s***w) and then the second part and clamped this in place. Tested machine, it ran fine. I inserted bobbin case with thread, needle with tread, and machine jammed. (Well, yeah!) Obviously, the part with the s***w needs to be placed correctly. Since the geared piece with the s***w can be placed at any point, there has to be a 'key' to alignment. Can you help me? I love my machine. Thanks for your time. Marie
