Bobs Miller likely to win the 462 metres flat race at Yarmouth
Bobs Miller is likely to enjoy an easy run in the 462 metres flat race at Yarmouth in England on Saturday, August 25, 2012. The winner of the Grade A1 event will be awarded a cash prize of £94 in the end.
None of the runners has got any major advantages over the other, which will make the competition quite interesting. The spectators will be hoping for an exciting race, but the punters will have to be extremely careful while placing their bets.
There are some decent participants scheduled to fight for victory today. Risky Blue and Bit View Emma have not been performing consistently over the past few events, but they certainly have the skills to cause a few problems for Bobs Miller.
However, the latter of the above three greyhounds has managed to get the attention of the bookmakers, as he has been rated as the favourite to win. He will enter the race with a starting price of 6 to 4 and the bettors will definitely be risking some money
in his favour, as he can be extremely dangerous, if everything goes well for him.
The C. Peach’s trainee has participated in a lot of races at Yarmouth and his performances in them have been good. This shows that he likes running on this track and it will not be easy for his opponents to match his speed.
Unlike most of the other greyhounds, Bobs Miller debuted with an outing in a Grade OR event. He was up against some very good runners and was not expected to finish on top of the table. There were no surprises from him, but he still did a reasonable job
in order to secure the third spot.
Afterwards, the black dog took part in a few trial runs before returning to competitive racing once again. He did not enjoy a very good time in his debut season, but started 2012 on a positive note.
Broadacres Turbo’s son out of Spotless proved to be a lot more competitive in the ongoing season and won quite a few races. However, his recent form has not been much impressive. He will definitely need a special effort in order to bounce back.
