how do i add definition to my arms and legs, i can lift 50 lbs 20x strait before i die from exhaustion, now there huge, and when im wearing t shirts i look fatter than buff ... which is really annoying ...

i dont want it to get any larger, how do i make them more shapely ...

    do concentration curls for 4 sets of 12-15 reps

    and standing dumbbell curls for 4 sets 12-15 reps

    triceps.

    press downs 4 sets 12-15

    kickbacks 4 sets 12-15

    rope push downs 4 sets 12-15

    legs.

    leg presses 4 sets 12-15 reps

    quad extensions 4 sets 12-15 reps ( each week vary foot positioning toes straight out , pointing in, pointing out to hit all 3 ares of quad)

    all i can advise also a fat burner would help about 2 months before a shoot take it as directed for 2 months

    hamstring curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
