i had a really good, fairly adequate body, 4 years ago, ive stopped trainning since then, and now my rock hard B-Cups, look like man b***s,

how do i flatten them back to shape, i work out my arms and my chest would tighten a bit for a while. but what routine do i really need to do ...

  1. train y6our chest 3 times a week to place maximum stress on it

    monday; chest

    tues; other

    wed; chest

    thurs; other

    fri; other

    sat; chest

    sun; other.

    try this chest routine

    incline barbell press 4x8-12

    incline flyes 2x20

    decline barbell press 4x8-12

    decline flyes 2x20

    close grip bench 3x8-12

    flat dumbbell flyes 4x8-12

    this will ad mass and ensure enough isolation exercises are placed on the chest
