Body Training? (Im 15yrs old)..Includes Image?

Im a male of 15, do alot of sports and have for the past 6months done light training with weights. I do crunches alot aswell.

  4. yea i do the same thing for abs,  crunches, hanging leg rasies, running everyday, soccer, and not rly dieting, just avoiding junk food, fast food, and soda.  the only advice i have is just to do various ab exercizes instead of just crunches, like alternating situps, leg rasies etc. dont forget to work ur other body parts.
