  1. Well, If You Train Your Arms, Yes They Will Get Bigger.

    But You Must Remember:

    Light Weight Is To Tone.

Heavy Weight Is To Build Bigger.

Also You Dont Have To Do For a Year.

Just A Couple Months, As Long As You Do It Daily.

    Maybe Less Time.

    Good Luck!

  2. See if your gym offers a free session with a personal trainer. If not, buy one and tell him or her your goals. (I suggest getting a male trainer if you are male and trying to bulk up as most of them will have actual experience in doing that.)

With a good, heavy-lifting program, you should see results in 4-6 weeks, if you are also watching your nutrition. You won't be huge in that time, but you will start to tone, and your muscles should start looking bigger. Make sure you take all of your measurements in inches or cm's, your weight, and get your body fat measured before you start. In 12-15 weeks, you could start to look like a different person.

While your body is determined by genetics, lifting hard and lifting heavy will produce a lot of results. Check out some magazines like Muscle&Fitness. There are also great websites out there.

Make sure you give yourself plenty of rest between sets and workouts (of that particular muscle set) if you lift heavy - you have to rest to see results! Many people think if you just go to the gym and lift as heavy as you can every day you'll see results, but actually you will just hurt yourself, get burnt out, and your muscles will not have any chance to recover or grow.

But don't fall for all the creatine or steroid c**p that you will eventually hear. Protein shakes are good, but too much of all of those chemicals - not so much in the long run.

  3. yes it should just increase the reps and weight a lot and results should come.
