Body building diet question please help?

my weight is 240 pounds my maintance calories are 3543. i increased it 25 percent thinking my metabolism could handle it i gained a pound. my mission is to reduce body fat. i am thinking of decreasing it to 15 percent.

carb to protein 65 80.

  1. eat 5-6 meals spread evenly througout the day

    workout like normal

    and do around 45-60 min of cardio after that

    try not to have any carbs like breads or fatning foods past 5 pm


  2. Lower your carb ratio to 30 70.   If you increased it 25% then decreased it 15% you will still be 10% over your maintenance so the math doesnt add up to lose body fat.
