Body changes due to running?

ive been running for about 2 years now, 3 times a week covering roughly 15 miles, what kind of changes should happen to my body shape?

  2. It depends on where you were fitness wise when you began running. Totally out of shape or basically fit and trim? I was very fit from weight training  when I began but I've still lost inches throughout the 9 months I've been runnng- all my clothes have gotten loose. My weight has only dropped about 8 pounds.

  3. Without knowing anything about that if your eating right and drinking plenty of liquids you'll lose some inches in the mid section (fat) and your legs will become thinner with lean muscle.  Don't know what else your doing but you should see these results if steadily running.
