  1. Taking vitamin tablets can cause constipation.

Eat fresh fruit, fresh leafy vegetables, lean red meat, lean white meat, omega 3 fatty oil wild atlantic salmon, herring, cod, haddock, egg whites, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds the shells, whole grains, whole wheat, oats and wild rice.

Drink grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, fine filtered skim milk and plenty of filtered water to keep fresh, clean, healthy and hydrated.

Don't eat junk food and don't soda because that causes bloating, cramps, constipation and clogged bowels.

Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't take diet pills and don't do drugs because that will damage your body.

  2. Have you been checked for Anemia? The only reason I ask is this can be a cause of a lot of the symptoms you mention. I know because I have it.

I do think it would help if you get out and get exercise, get enough sleep, eat fresh veggies, fruits, lean meats, low on fatty junk foods. Cut out the sodas and caffeine and drink only water.

You need to find a vitamin that is absorable. Most of these vitamin go out thru your body whole in your p**p. None of it getting absorbed. Waste of money.

First before anything else is to get a good checkup at the doctor. Have them so blood work and get all your levels checked.

  3. You may be experiencing malabsorption in your gut.  If your stools are fatty and foul and you are bloated then you may not be absorbing fats.  If you're not absorbing fats then you're not absorbing fat soluble vitamins.  I recommend you go see a licensed Naturopathic physician to determine the cause of your symptoms.  Good luck.
