well i go to the gym about 5 days a week and i dont like bulking all i wanna do is to define my body like models and i was wondering what is the best way for doing so i go running every now and then and ill start taking whey protein soon

  1. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass.

  3. cardio is very important, try intreval training where you do intreval sprints or just regular cardio. But weightlifting should also be placed into the equation, do a weight that you can only handle for about 12-14 reps and train ur entire body, watch ur diet and dont eat wrong foods or too much or u can kiss definition goodbye

  4. If you don't want bulk, then you should stick with lower weights and do more reps than you ordinarily would.  That'd give you the results you're looking for.
