Body image help. i hate my body. im small and short, skinny but i have a big *** !?

like i said above.. i am about 167cm tall and im 18.. i look like im 16 and i have a huge ***.. its not even a nice ***. its cellulite and stretch-marks infested.. im desperate 2 find a diet that will keep my body firm and gain muscle.

  2. ok well buy yourself some of that oil stuff they advertise for strechmarks. if not baby oil helps reduce the apperence.  cellulite? simply buy some exfoliationg gloves, and use them in circuler motions on it.

    and carry on with excersize,   its good =]

    you might think that it is bad that you look younger than you are (cos at this age eveyrone wants to look older), but when you are older, you will be happy that you look younger than you are.

    In ten years time you'll really wish you had a body like that!

    I think you need to watch Baz Luhrman's video, Wear Sunscreen, and take heed of what he says about your body and reading magazines with women/men with 'perfect' bodies (DON'T).

    No one has a perfect body! Everyone's body is amazing. If there are things you don't like about your body that you can change then change, otherwise accept what you have and be grateful - gratitude is the only way...

  7. Okay, well, You could wear clothes that flatter your figure, like flares with heels(this will make you look taller) and will enhance your legs! You should wear horizontal stripes to create a fuller frame on your chest and these will even you out. If you wear dark pants this will make you legs and bum look smaller. Wear halter tops with a good, padded bra, and this will make you look like you have bigger b***s. I think you are pear shape, so try searching on the net for clothes that suit your body shape! I think heels will have to become your best friend!

    Try exercising up to 5 times a week, to stay healthy, but try walking or running more often, when ever fits in with your lifestyle! I like exercises videos best because they do aerobics and you don't even have to go outside your house! Try to do squats to firm up your bum, and press ups to even out your upper body! Try eating a more balanced diet, with lots of water to get rid of cellulite. Also, dry body brushing and use some creams to get rid of cellulite- I like Skin Doctors. Also, try some fake tan, because this eliminates the look of cellulite- well not completely, but helps. Try St.Tropez or Fake Bake. Try bio oil for your stretch marks! xo
