Question:

Body is very tired,,,,,,,, Hard lifting arms........Any help would be appriciated.............!

The last month or so ,,,,,,I've been very tired.....Have a hard time getting out of bed............ No energy,,,,,,, Even for the fun stuff........!

Have continued headaches,,,,,Had blood pressure checked...OK! Diabetes checked,,,,,,,OK!,,,,,,,, Sometime swollen ankles......... I'm slightly overweight,,,,but exercise daily..................... Any help would be appreciated.................. By the way I'm 50

  1. Im 49 and have the exact same symptoms. I just went to the doctor and had some tests done and found out i have a underactive Thyroid. It's very common in women, in our age group. It's a simple blood test to see if this is the problem. The bad news is medication for the rest of your life. I found out that this is very common, and a lot of people have it. Just Google Hypothyroidism, and read about it, so maybe that will give you a better idea of what it is. Hope it's not what you have, it's no fun at all. Good Luck :-)


  2. ask your doctor or check net for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Sounds like you're having what I had once when I was twenty.  It can become emotionally debilitating, and lead to depression too.  So, don't tolerate it for long.  There is medication and counseling might help too.

    avoid caffiene and other drugs as much as possible, eat breakfast every morning and avoid food additives such as MSG, and high sodium avoid fast foods and red meats for a while too, but talk to your doc.  Your thyroid levels need to be checked too.

  3. You are so stress out. You have the energy but something is bothering you heavily. You need to confront the situation and stop hiding from it.

    Go to the beach where it is not so noisy or a environment where you see lots of natural things like a art shop or take a hiking some thing to get your mind off those problem. Join a club or something like that. very sure those will help

  4. hmmmmmm im only 10 but i think i know whats wrong..... you should go get some apples and other fruits. and try  to go for a walk or a bike ride or get a energy bar quaker oats gernola bar r the best fer energy

  5. food is a factor find food that is fresh and healthy. that busts energy, and like you say exersice. things you like like swimming bike ridding  hiking and keep a steady routine.  hope you feel better
