How do those girls who are naked except for the body paint that covers their privates, go to the bathroom?

won't it damage the paint work if they wipe their @$$?

Unsure what would make you even think to ask this but darn Now ya got me curious too LOL

i thought they wore like some undies on that part ir had some type of covering cause well it would be a little weird looking not to mention YUCKY if you did not

The answer is simple: they don't. They only get painted for a specific party or occasion, and they don't have to.
