Body rash due to teething?

6 month old suddenly developed rashes all over her body till her neck (not legs/hands) .It is pimply and is red (not scaly) and is severe in her neck. Pediatrician says it is mild eczema and has flared up due to teething...anyone expreienced this?

my oldest used to get that and the ped. told me it was a yeast infection cause she was drooling alot when she was teething.  make sure you have one of those bibs on her that has the "plastic backing"  on her at all times.  (but not when sleeping). i would find out from your ped. if there's anything that you can do for her over the counter.
