Body tans but face dosnt??????

Question

OK i am an extremely pale person, but I DO TAN EASILY! this has been going on all summer but especially now that i just got home from my week vacation on the beach. I DO NOT go to tanning beds, just an FYI. But when I look in the mirror my body is a golden tan but my face is ghostly pale, even my friends notice this, i try foundation and bronzer, it looks fake... any help?!?!

what face wash do you use?? cuz i have the same problem, and its cuz i use Proactiv, it has an ingredient that drains or takes away pigment in your face. my friend had the same problem and she used a different face wash i forgot what it was called, so her mom took her to a dermatologist and he said that what she used and Proactiv does that. he didn't say if it would stop. i get very bronzey in the summer and have darker skin all year round, but my face hasnt been able to get tan for like 2 summers, haha. me and my friends just joke about it.

i have exactly the same problem as you and i hate it!

I went on holiday a few weeks ago and i got a really dark tan on the whole of my body, arms, legs.. every where apart from my neck and face!

When i got home i got olays daily moisturizer with a hint of self tanner which makes you look sunkissed. This has worked really well! my face and my body are now the same colour.. give it a try!

in the summer just put tanning oil on your face. or even when you go to the tanning bed

makeup is the only way

but you could use jergens face tanning

it tans your face pretty well

or if you have extra money

go to sehpora or drugstore.com

and they have equipment that tans your face.

try Dove Summer Glow Lotion or Clinique tinted lotion- i use it and i love it
