i'm 15, about 5'11" and lets just say i'm not exactly the fittest person in the world (prolly somewhere around 220 lbs.) i don't eat bad, but also don't eat like you guys. never lifted weights before, but i wanted to give it a shot. how long do you think it will take for me to see some visible results without one of those insane BBr diets?

any appropriate answer will be helpful!

  1. WELL BEGINNERS SEE RESULTS PRETTY QUICK BECAUSE YOUR INTRODUCING A NEW PROGRAM TO YOUR BODY SO IT JUST BEGINS TO GROW FASTER. BUT AFTER A WHILE YOUR BODY GETS USED TO THE PROGRAM SO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO THEN IS  INTRODUCE NEW PRINCIPLES AND NEW EXERCISES FOR YOUR BODY SO IT CAN KEEP GUESSING AND GROWING. SOO YOULL SEE RESULTS LIKE IN 6 WEEKS

  2. you need to concentrate on your cardio more than your weight lifting.

your a big guy. 220 for a 15 year old is quite quit big.

if you are into weight training get in like three days a week atleast. you can tailor your programme to whatever you want. if your willing to get in 5 days too thats good.

but the most important is the cardio part.

results on cardio? like in terms of inches off the waist? in terms of a little weight cut?

with real cardio probably like 10 days before you first see something.

maybe 6 months before your fit fit.

the weight training isn't going to show for a good 3 months minimum. but you will feel strenght gains in a couple of weeks.

    goodluck
