i want to start bulking. and im wondering what falls under clean bulking. what foods?

  1. Good question. Here is the best answer. You want lean meats such as chicken(grilled) any fish is good mainly salmon and tilapia. if your by the coast flounder would be brilliant. But in bulking you need to eat alot of carbs and mono carbs. Such as steaks and noodles. It is ok to eat also it would be good if you drank a protein shake. My advice for bulking protein is cytogainer. If your looking for supplements for bulking you want superpump250 or NO-SHOTGUN. Any other questions you can add more details.

    You need to increase your calorie intake by about 500 per week. Write down what you are eating right now and do a nutrition analysis on it to see how many calories you are currently eating. Then match that with what a person who weighs (your target weight) eats per day. So if you weigh 150lbs and want to weigh 180lbs then see how much that person needs to eat to maintain their weight. Then work your way up to that calorie range.

    Clean eating is all about eating unprocessed foods. Whole foods. So Hungry Man meals, pizzas, and most things that are pre made are out of the picture. Focus on lean meats (listed above) as well as carbs. Carbs are essential for you to grow. Try to get a lot of them from fruit, sweet potatoes (yams), oats and other complex carbs. Try to stay away from sugar. Ater your workout is the only time I would try to get sugar in my dies. Have at least 40-60 grams of sugar with 40g of protein in a post workout shake to refuel your muscles.

    Peanut butter, flax, and olive oil are all good choices for fats.
