Boil Mouthpiece in Gatorade?

how long does it have to boil in the gatorade?

boil it in water for 10 seconds or so then use it to bite down on and give it it's shape.

Also keep in mind you can cut away some of the sides on the mouth piece so it's a little more comfy. Plus as long as the ref sees it in that is all that matter, remember any bit you cut off takes away from the protection of the mouth piece.

Rather then gator aid just put a piece of gum in between the piece and your teeth.

Water works too. Same amount of time as well, 10-15 seconds.

10-15 seconds at most.  Any longer and it will lose its shape.

i would just use water for 10-15 seconds. when you actually use the mouthpiece, drentch it in gatorade to make it taste good
