Boiled egg,Poachedegg,Scrambled egg,Fried egg - Which one is good to gain a weight?

Which one contains lot of Protein and fat? I don't care about fat and all. I just want to increase my bodu weight. bcoz of this **** I lost my job, i lost my fare, i lost my GF. Hope u guys would gimme some good advise to increase my weight soon.

  2. Errrr.. Fried, I'm guessing, because you're cooking it in oil. Check with your doctor and find a healthy way to gain the weight. Your best bet, I think, is to start working out and use weight lifting supplements to help you bulk up. You'll look and feel better, and you'll be healthier while you do it.

    the lesser u cook it, the more proteins u get

    raw egg is the best, thats if u can digest it

  5. Hi there - the protien in eggs is only going to help bulk you up if you give it somewhere to go...eg. weight training, running - anything that builds muscle tone.  Other great protien sources include meat and dairy products such as lean steak and cheese's  - good luck :)

    body builders eat those most..

    just boil a bunch put them in plastic bag and refrigerate them.. and eat when ever you want  

  7. Lightly scrambled in some butter. Don't burn the butter before adding th eggs. Brown toast, hot chocolate made with milk.

    Drink milk shakes made with - raw egg yolk, whole milk (organic is better)  honey and fresh or frozen fruits if you want (not citrus or strawberry).

    Organic peanut butter on whole grain bread and butter.

    Raw nuts - almond, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts.

    Dairy products like cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream and butter (organic if you can afford it) not the fat free kind.

    Beans, peas, oatmeal, barley soup.

    Steak and potatoes.

    Lamb chops.

    Raw fruits.

    Dark beer once in awhile.

    All of these will help you put on weight and are healthy for you.

  10. eggs do not increase body fat.

    it is indeed the case that eggs contain a lot of cholesterol but it actually takes your body more effort to consume this cholesterol than it contains.

    eggs are great stuff for toning the body and building up muscle during muscle training.

    If you want to gain weight, eat it any way you want.

    A good way is to drink body-building shake.
